SECORD SIGNIFICANCEFiremen's Park is a beautiful 143 acre green space donated to the community by the Stamford Centre Volunteer Firemen's Association. It follows along the Niagara Escarpment, near where Laura Secord would have started her trek to warn the British of the impending attack on a military outpost.
